How much can drop petrol prices?

Petrol prices in Ukraine will stay at present level. However, of national currency will go down and excise tax will increase, the prices can also go up. These was reported in comments of the President of the Centre for Global Studies "Strategy XXI" Mykhailo Gonchar to the UNN. To improve the situation, government should stimulate oil refining on domestic enterprises.
