Ukraine will develop until May 2015 a concept of information security with ongoing approvement by the end of the year, according to Juriy Stets, minister for information policy in Lviv. "The very first, we have to do, we have to develop until May the concept of information security of Ukraine, conduct public hearings and discussion among parliamentarians. I belive we will enforce the document by the end of the year as a law or doctrine. I would wish it to be voted for with 300 votes", according to minister.

Viktor Tsyganov from the Institute of political monitoring suggests own variant of the information security concept.
