Center for Army Conversion and Disarmament Studies (CACDS) presents the third edition of the bulletin "Challenges and Risks" for the period from February 1 until February 15, 2015.

This Security Review of the CACDS is devoted primary to the analysis of the situation in military security sector. Particular attention CACDS experts paid to the evaluation of experts' opinions with regard to Minsk agreements. The Review has also estimations on achievements and losses of Ukraine on international level, risks in the state defence issues.

Some expert data and analyses are devoted to evaluation of military capacities of Russian troops. CACDS experts also makes public findings about key figures around V.Putin in the context of possible change in power in Russia.
