Cheniere Energy has started to supply LNG from the USA to Europe. Today it is not very significant competitor for Russian gas. On the European market, one more player just appeared and it becomes tighter. The company has ambitious plans up to 2030. Soon, Australian and Iranian LNG will come on the world market, causing reshifting of Quatar LNG exports towards Europe. It will happen around 2020, a bit later. But Cheniere Energy is already today with new gas volumes in Europe. The company has presented its plans and prospects in a presentation, published in March 2016 (in En, attachment)
