Russia has once again activated own pipeline projects in Baltic Sea by offering Nord Stream II to several European energy companies. The President of the Centre for Global Studies Strategy XXI Mykhailo Gonhcar believes, we should draw attention to this activities and explain to the EU authorities and national governments ongoing threats after implementation of this project.
