Is it on time to reform Naftogaz?
The situation around monopolist in energy sector has made even harder the question on reforming this monster of the gas market. The President of the Centre for Global Studies Strategy XXI Mykhailo Gonchar commented for UKRINFORM suitability timeframe for NAK Naftogaz of Ukraine reforming.
