What are the preconditions for reducing gas prices
Should Ukrainians await reduction of gas prices? These is a topic of conversation during the interview of radio station Golos Stolytsi with Andrii Chubyk, executive director of the Centre for Global Studies Strategy XXI.
Gas price should be determined by the market, and Ukraine has to pass the way toward liberalized gas market.
