Long way to Europe: how Ukraine is doing reforms in energy sector
One year ago Ukraine made a final decision towards reforms, which should bring it closer to the EU. Signed Assotiation Agreement will transfer European rules into Ukraine, including energy sector. However, even as a member of Energy Community, Ukraine still have very opaque situation in energy sector and reforms here are very hard to implement.
