Russian violanced annexation of Crimea, the use of weapons against Ukraine, sent armed bands, groups, regular troops or mercenaries, which carry out acts of armed force against Ukraine - all these actions under Resolution 3314 (XXIX) United Nations General Assembly on December 14, 1974 and generally accepted rules of international law are qualified as a serious crime against the peace and security and violation of fundamental rules of international law.
