Without competitors, or game... in advance?..

Expert opinions with regard to government's decision to grant NAK "Naftogaz of Ukraine" exclusive rights to supply with gas most consumers for the newspaper "Denj" from the president of Centre for Global Studies Strategy XXI Mykhailo Gonchar. 

It is a step, forced by military agression. It is not in line with reforms, to be undertaken in the energy sector. However, government has to support NAK, given growing debts in recent months.

It could be also a preventive step to block new gas intermediary, the idea of which comes once again with promosing options to solve problems with Russian gas supply. Experience of RosUkrEnergo shows very likely Dmytro Firtash may stay beyong such schemes. It is possible, that such idea will be presented at the end of winter.
