According to Martyniuk, the EU-Ukraine summit in July this year will be crucial: "I think that Mr. Hahn came to discuss all the sensitive issues almost a month before the summit, so that some decisions and positions of the European Union wouldn't become unexpected for the Ukrainian leadership".
"Ukraine faces Russian aggression, Ukraine needs additional resources in order to counteract the formation of the country. In addition, the funds received by Ukraine are investments in the future, in order to create anormal business climate, attract additional external investors, as well as to establish normal state systems," he said.
