According to him, now Russians use the whole array of their propaganda tools in order to, first of all, press on the German and French sides, which are present in the Normandy format, so that they pushed the Kyivan authorities to give up this bill - the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko would veto or not sign the Law.
"But if we take into account some far-reaching things, then Russia will undoubtedly look for a "Casus belli" - for a formal reason for a war. Not with its own hands, of course. They prepared, for a reason, all illegal armed formations into battle-ready units: the First, Second Army Corps on the territory of the so-called "DPR", "LPR". This is an "armored train in a spare way", which they can bring into action at any time. This does not mean that they will attack as in the context of the Novorossiia project, when they wrote there: "On Lviv" and "On Kyiv"", - Mykhailo Gonchar said.
He is convinced that now they will use the situation maximally to create additional chaos inside Ukraine. "And at the moment when they feel that the situation is as chaotic as possible, there may be an activation on the frontline of the conflict. Therefore, in this case, I think that such an extraordinary meeting of the Security Council of Russia is aimed at producing a certain political and psychological effect", he said.
