Centre for Global Studies "Strategy XXI" pays significant attention within the research project Antares to the pecularities of Russian hybrid agression. 

Here we publish the article from "Лівий берег", which provides quite complex overview of "controlled chaos" strategy, applied by Kremlin in many countries - objects of its agression, on the example of Ukraine.

In contrast, more and more people are willing to riot and debauche - and many of those genuinely consider themselves to be patriots.
