Security overview No. 9 of the CACDS provides expert estimates in the security field on threat levels: military, informational, internal ones. The overview directs the reader's attention on the analysis of some foreign policy challenges, in particular, the beginning of a new dialogue between the US and Russia, the presidential elections in France, and others. The risks of actions of the Ukrainian authorities on the development of military-technical cooperation with foreign States and the possibility of use of private military companies to resolve the conflict in the Donbas are also assessed. Some attention is also paid to expansion of Russian influence in Europe.

In addition, a separate place in the issue takes an analysis of the socio-political situation in Hungary and a certain "Hungarian challenge" to Ukraine.
