- Russian special services;

- Ukrainian radicals;

- Polish radicals;

- Belarusian special services.

When you consider that traditionally the Russian security services have agents in the midst of radical movements in different countries, the second and third versions lead to the first. The 4th version looks incredible, but one can assume that Minsk, feeling under siege from all sides, may try to put at loggerheads the enemies on the West and South (Poles and Ukrainians), as it believes that the threat of the Maidan or color revolution comes from them. Belarusians have been convincing in those by "elder friends" who could show the way for execution of that special operation. Again, this version leads to Russia.

It is noteworthy that in March 2014 – three years ago — Zhirinovsky sent a letter to the leadership of Poland, Hungary, and Romania with the proposal of partition of Ukraine. In particular, it was emphasized that "Volyn, Lviv, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne regions... lands were always part of the Polish state, and the relations between Poles and Ukrainians were too tense. Mutual intolerance had been accompanied by open confrontations for years, which often grew out into bloody massacres: whole villages were destroyed in the violent confrontation between Ukrainian and Polish nationalists".

It seems that the Russian special services, following Zhirinovsky's recipes, try to restore "violent confrontation between Ukrainians and Poles" using other hands. Moreover, the work in this direction has been carried out quite successfully for all these years.

Probably, it should not be excluded something similar with Hungarian and Romanian diplomatic missions in Ukraine as well as provocations against the Ukrainian ones in Poland.
