Poland to appeal against Eurocommission decision on Gazprom's access to OPAL pipeline

As Cenzor.net reports with the link to TASS, Polish energy company PGNiG to appeal against the decision of European Commission to allow Gazprom using 90 % capasities of OPAL pipeline in Germany, as declared the head of the company Piotr Woźniak.
