Prospects and Challenges of Cooperation Between Visegrad Four and Ukraine in the Energy Field

24 October on the initiative of Slovak Foreign Policy Association and support of Friedrich Ebert Foundation a conference "EU Eastern policy in the light of the Slovak presidency of the European Council" was held in Bratislava. The conference was attended by experts and officials from Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Great Britain, Norway, Finland, Ukraine, representatives of the European Commission, Russia. Delegates described the unclear prospects of relations with Russia in the context of the collapse of the European project of Kremlin. Instead, the European expert circles point though slow but constructive pro-European reforms and the dynamics of relations between Ukraine and the EU
