The European Union started reviewing baselines of own relations with neighbouring countries. The core basis of future relations should form new approaches to cooperation, more balanced consideration of interests and expectations of partners and principles for sustainable mutually advantageous development. We would like to suggest for consideration the point of view from Ukrainian experts, how the new European Neighbourhood Policy should be created.
