Center for Army Conversion and Disarmament Studies (CACDS) presents the 8th edition of the bulletin "Challenges and Risks" for the second part of April 2015.

This Security Review of the CACDS is devoted to analysis of main challenges and risks for the first half of May 2015, bilateral impact of weapons supply and defence capacities of Ukrainian Armed Forces, development of cooperation in military and technical sector with Europe and estimation of changes in Russian state programmes on military equippment purchases.
