Bulletin on security issues ‘Challenges and Risks’ No. 2 (89)

The Center for Army, Conversion, and Disarmament Studies (CACDS) offers you a new, 2nd issue of the "Challenges and Risks" Bulletin, which assesses security risks from January 15 through February 1, 2018.

The security review of the CACDS # 2 is devoted primarily to the analysis of threats and risks in the first quarter of 2018, as well as the assessment of some legal acts (norms, laws) in the field of improving the national security and defense system of Ukraine and the impact on its condition by foreign countries.

Some experts' materials include assessing the condition of the Russian Armed Forces and threats to the Baltic countries, as well as the analysis of the possibilities for strengthening the defense potential by improving the command system of the troops.
