The Center for Army, Conversion and Disarmament Studies (CACDS) offers you the new, 19th issue of the Bulletin "Challenges and Risks", which assesses security risks from October 1 to October 16, 2017.
Assessments include research on such issues as the possibility of modernizing the defense industry, exploring the potential of the private sector of the domestic defense industry, as well as the lessons of Moldova and Poland (the latter - on modernization of the troops).
