Oil Sector of the Energy Community on Russian traction
Vitalii Martyniuk, associated expert of the Centre for Global Studies "Strategy XXI" presented his analysis of oil sector development in Balkan members of the Energy Community and found out significant dependence on Russian oil, oil products and finances, including refineries and assets ownering companies.
