With this article the Centre for Global Studies "Strategy XXI" starts to present attitudes and estimations of a cohort young experts of 3R generation (rational, resolute, radical). They have not only good education, including of Western universities and knowledge of foreign languagues, but also combat experience, gained in the Eastern front.
