On September 10, 2015, Executive director of the Centre for Global Studies "Strategy XXI" Andrii Chubyk participated at the international expert level workshop "Hybrid threats: overcoming ambiguity, building resilience" in Vilnius, orgaised by NATO Energy Security Center of Excellence together with Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania and Institute of International Relations and Political Science, Vilnius University. Within framework of this event a presentation of research results within the Project "Energy component of New Generation Warfare: genesis, features, consequences", implemented under financial support of International Renaissance Foundation, was presented.
