With this issue the Working Group 3 Coordinator office commences the monthly publication of information-analytic bulletin for sectoral review of situation in EaP countries. By means of the publication it is intended to enlighten the energy and ecology sectors in EaP countries. The pilot issue of the bulletin is devoted to most important events in energy sector of EaP countries within 2009.
