Reforming the energy sector became the perpetual motion of large domestic and foreign policy. Energy Union is another attempt to reform European energy space.

What fate awaits this EU initiative - the creation of an effective pan-European energy union or regular multi fruitless discussion? 

Does Ukraine have its own place in Energy Union? How justified our hopes for mutually beneficial cooperation with the countries - members of the EU in the electricity, gas and oil sectors of the energy market?
