On September 28, 2015 in the Institute of Oil Transport Kyiv International Energy Club "Q-Club" held the round table "Via accountability to responsibility" on the results of the project "Independent monitoring of resource and financial flows from production of conventional and unconventional hydrocarbons in Ukraine under production sharing agreements", which is supported by the European Union.
