The international conference, devoted to security problems in the Eastern European region and engagement of Ukraine, will be held with participation of representatives of the European and Ukrainian leading think-tanks, missions of the international organizations in Ukraine (first of all – the EU, NATO, OSCE, UN), embassies of foreign states, Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Government, scientific and civil society organizations, and media.

 

The security situation in the region of Eastern Europe, factors of its destabilization and ways of possible stabilization, the role of regional and international actors and international organizations, the place and formats of Ukraine's involvement into regional security will be discussed.

 

The event will be held with the support of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Office in Ukraine in partnership with the Centre for Global Studies Strategy XXI.

 

Location - Conference Hall “A-D” in the President Hotel (Kyiv, 12 Hospitalna Street).

Beginning of registration – 09.30, 24 April 2017.
