Biography:

Over 30 years of professional experience, including state service in the system of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, scientific work in the National Institute for Strategic Studies, National Institute of International Security Problems NSDC of Ukraine. In the 2000s worked in the oil and gas complex system of Ukraine, occupying responsible posts.

Over 10 years of professional experience in research areas: energy security, international energy and security relations, oil and gas sector, unconventional hydrocarbons, energy sector reforms, global energy markets.

Author of several books and numerous articles on issues of energy, energy security, international relations, published in Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia, Germany, Great Britain, Turkey, the Netherlands, Finland, etc. Participates in a number of international conferences on energy and security issues in Poland, Slovakia, Germany. 

Visiting Fellow in European Commission and NATO.
