Experts of the Centre presented the results of the Study conducted within the framework of the project and highlighted key actors in the field of energy supply in the occupied by Russia territories, seized objects of energy infrastructure and energy resources, as well as mechanisms of energy supplies to consumers in the occupied territories. 

Representatives of the National Institute for Strategic Studies, the Ministry for Temporary Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine, the Razumkov Center, the Bureau of Integrated Analysis and Forecasts, the Center for International Security, the Center for International Studies of the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine discussed the current state of the energy infrastructure in the occupied Crimea and some regions of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, non-transparent energy supply schemes there, negative consequences for Ukraine and possible ways to overcome them.

The participants of the event stressed the need for more detailed research of this thematic issues, the active work of the Ukrainian authorities and state energy companies regarding international lawsuits against the occupying country and its companies, attracting the attention of the international community to these problems, as well as developing the best scenarios for the reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories into Ukraine in the energy sphere.
