Russia can not continue the implementation of the "South Stream".
This was in Turkey after talks with President Tayyip Erdogan, Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"We believe that the position of the European Commission on South Stream is not constructive. It creates prepyatstviya..esli Europe does not want to implement it, it is ridiculous to invest millions of dollars in its development", - Putin said at a news conference after his visit to Turkey.
According to him, Russia is simply "retarget" potential flow to other parts of the world and on the projects of liquefied gas.
"This is the choice of Europe. It just does not have enough volume (of gas - Ed.)" - Said Putin.
He said that first of all, Russia can not begin construction in the sea, has not yet received permission from Bulgaria. To grant such permission Bulgaria refuses, in his opinion, because of the "disruptive" EU pressure.
