Why the EU do not hurry up with financial support for creation of gas reserves?
The President of the Centre for Global Studies "Strategy XXI" Mykhailo Gonсhar commented for DENJ the matter of negotiations on credite lines to create gas reserves in UGSF.
The EU banks are weel aware about obligations of both Naftogas and Gazprom to ensure gas delivery to Europe. It is Gazprom, who is responsible for uninterrupted gas supply so far.
