Is it reasonable to create in Ukraine a vertically integrated oil company?
The President of the Centre for Global Studies "Strategy XXI" Mykhailo Gonchar commented for Apostroph on initiative of the PM of Ukraine to create vertically integrated oil company, based on assets of Ukrnafta, Ukrtransnafta and Ukrtatnafta.
