Gazprom policy of dictat is an outcome from Kremlin directive, not a business as usual approach
Ukraine halted to buy gas from Gazprom. Trilateral gas talks in Viena ended without positive results.
Next round is expected in September. Official version of Russian position is disagreement with Ukraine's proposal on gas price. Russian parliamentarians have tittered in social media about price proposals and suggested to rest to Ukrainian authorities. Although NAK top-managers are looking quite fresh and ready-to-run. Ukrinform went with a request to comment on the issue to the President of the Centre for Global Studies Strategy XXI Mykhailo Gonchar.
