Energy integration for selected persons or for the benefit of the Ukraine in general?
Ministry of Energy has submitted a proposal to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to approve a pilot project for creating "Energy bridge "Ukraine - the European Union" in order to increase exports of Ukrainian electricity.
Does it mean the start of integration for Ukrainian electricity generation into the single European market or a kind of business for certain persons? Forbes Ukraine and radio Golos Stolytsi went with requests to energy experts.
