The main problem of this war for Ukraine is neither money and weapon deficite nor Putin and his troops. The biggest problem is a lack of clear and comprehensible strategy of actions by the Ukrainian authorities and rapid decline of confidence to this authority. And the second is a direct consequence of the first.

What we should make with Donbass? Should Ukraine undertake steps like with Crimea? Would it be a solution at least for ceasefire and combat activities, if parts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions would be declated occupied by Russia?
