"The bridge is partly functional with limited load, because many works are not completed. Now all this is a reflection of the fact that the haste, which was during construction, the idea of constructing a bridge at any cost have led to serious deviations in the not-perfect project of this bridge ", - said Gonchar. 

The project documentation itself is a hackwork, because it was made fast, the works were poorly executed. As a result, we see an accident that took place. The expert clarified that it is possible to write off anything, but it is a visible violation. During the installation of the structure it turned out that the connecting arch does not sit as it should on the main supports, they are at different levels. According to him, it suggests that the bridge will operate, without exposing the heavy loads, that it was hypothetically designed for.
