Ruban should be included in the list for exchange - Mykhailo Gonchar

Mykhailo Gonchar, president of the Centre for Global Studies "Strategy XXI", a member of Association of the Relatives of the Kremlin's captives, told Ukrinform correspondent thatVolodymyr Ruban, thehead of the "Officers' Corps" organization, who is suspected of preparing terrorist attacks, should be exchanged only after the trial.

- Of course, I believe that Ruban should be included in the list for exchange. But this should precede the appropriate procedure. Public court, sentence, understanding that this is heavyweight exchanger (the usual "proportions" are not applicable here), and inclusion.

I want to note that the head of the SSU publicly said that the Donetsk party demanded to include Ruban in the list. With all due respect, the clarity of the wording here is important. This is not required by the "Donetsk side", this is required by Russia, which acts through a proxy group in the so-called "D / LPR". The judicial proceedings againstRuban should be as public and transparent as possible (as opposed to those, such as court sessions that are held in secret mode over patriots in the occupied territories) and contain the entire complex of Ruban's proofs and guilty, and that these "fighters" always interacted with Russia, that they are only an artificially created Kremlin operator.
