The actions of the Kremlin leaders are not subject to the logic of civilized people. However, proclaiming chaos as a fundamental doctrine of its foreign policy, Moscow will also receive it on its territory in the near future. This totalitarian state is often characterized as the last empire on Earth, the collapse of which will bring benefits to humanity as a whole and to all indigenous peoples, captured at different times of its bloody history.  We really want to believe that the heads of the world leading countries take this option into account and are preparing to neutralize the possible negative consequences, especially weapons of mass destruction. We have alreade published the article  "Economic consequences of the RF collapse. Facts without emotions", where eventual macroeconomic consequenses were indicated. In the following article (original in RU) another variant of possible RF collapse according to national issues is described, while those territories might join states, which they tend for historical or other reasons as an option to minimize negative impacts. Moscow has been violating the Helsinki principles for 25 years trough invasions into the borders of sovereign states - and it will be fair if this practice strikes on Russia itself.
