Let us remind that on November 9, 2016 in Sevastopol the FSB of Russia detained Dmytro Shtiblikov, Alexei Bessarabov and Vladimir Dudko and stated that they were members of the "sabotage and terrorist group of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine". They were accused of planning sabotage actions at military infrastructure and support facilities of the Crimea.

Recently, on November 16, 2017, the Sevastopol City Court of the occupied Crimea sentenced Dmitry Shtiblikov, an expert of the NOMOS Center, to five years in prison and a fine of 200 thousand rubles.
