The increase in gas production to 26-27 billion cubic meters, by which gas import will be near zero that means gas will be not needed both from the West and from the East, is almost impossible without radical reduction of rent rates, or will be postponed every year - said in an interview with the ESPRESSO.TV the President of the Centre for global studies “Strategy XXI” Mykhailo Gonchar.
