European Commission as a Hybrid Ally in Negotiations with Gazprom
The President of the Centre for Global Studies "Strategy XXI" Mykhailo Gonchar in an interview for UNIAN presented his estimations on future negotiations with Gazprom, commented on the issues of postponed gas case proceeding in Stockholm arbitrage and on new Gazprom's bypass gas projects.
