Report of Igor Kotelyanets to PACE on Eugene Panov case

On 23 January 2017 brother of the illigally detained in Crimea Eugene Panov - Igor Kotelyanets presented a report to the PACE delegates, where he informed about violent activities of Russian special services in occupied Crimea.
