Center for Army Conversion and Disarmament Studies (CACDS) presents the 14th edition of the bulletin "Challenges and Risks" for the second part of July 2015.

This Security Review of the CACDS is devoted to analysis of main challenges and risks for the second half of July 2015, prospectives of relations between Russia and Turkey, Russia and Greece, state defence concept development and possibilities of escalation in terms of nuclear armaments between Russia and the USA.
