Center for Army Conversion and Disarmament Studies (CACDS) presents the 12th edition of the bulletin "Challenges and Risks" for the second part of June 2015.

This Security Review of the CACDS is devoted to analysis of main challenges and risks for the second half of June 2015, creation of a parliamentary committee for special services, necessary steps to increase combat capacities of UAF, negotiations with V.Putin, review of new types of antitank weapons, resignation of the head of Ukraine Security Service, review of Russian strategic non-nuclear forces.
