We are pleased to present to our readers new product of the Centre for Global Studies "Strategy XXI" - the bulletin "1/12". On a monthly basis, we will prepare a review of key events, from our point of view, in the world, Europe and Ukraine. It is evident, that events outside Ukraine have direct or indirect potential impact on our country. We will do it during next 12 months, which follows from the title. February 1 is ourside, so it is time to have a look back on events, happened in January.
