Bulletin on security issues 'Challenges and Risks' No. 8 (95)

The Center for Army, Conversion, and Disarmament Studies (CACDS) offers you the new, 8th issue of "Challenges and Risks" Bulletin, which assesses security risks from April 15 to 27, 2018.

The security review of the CACDS № 8 is traditionally devoted primarily to the analysis of domestic political events in Ukraine and the analysis of the impact of foreign policy developments around Ukraine. The CACDS experts have developed and offered the main indicators of the Armed Forces of the future. Among other things, the events in Armenia and their possible impact on the current situation are also analyzed. Experts are also paying a lot of attention to assessments of the situation in Moldova.   

Similarly, experts focused on certain opportunities to use the Chinese experience in the creation of drone weapons.

A conceptual assessment of the creation of a new political elite in Ukraine became a separate topic of the issue.
