Bulletin on security issues ‘Challenges and Risks’ No. 3 (90)

The Center for Army, Conversion, and Disarmament Studies (CACDS) offers you a new, 3rd issue of the "Challenges and Risks" Bulletin, which assesses security risks from February 1 to February 15, 2018.

The security review of the CACDS # 3 is devoted primarily to the analysis of domestic political events in Ukraine and the risks associated with them. Among other things, there are reviews of the potential of the Special Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the problem of veterans of the new war (ATO), an analysis of the potential of Sweden in the fight against Russia's threat.

Assessments of the process of rearmament of the Russian Armed Forces are also in separate materials of experts, as well as an overview of development and use of combat lasers in modern wars.
