Center for Army Conversion and Disarmament Studies (CACDS) presents to you the new 12th edition of the bulletin "Challenges and Risks" (2016), covering the period from 15 to 30 June 2016.

CACDS Security Review No. 12 is dedicated to the analysis of possible negative scenarios with regard to Ukraine, in particular, eventuall military strikes from Russian site. Traditionally, our experts expressed their views on international security issues, in particular, upcoming NATO summit in Warsaw. The Review includes evaluation of risks for Ukraine, conducted and ongoing reforms in security and defence sectors, analytical papers on National Security Strategy of Ukraine. Experts also have reviewed in details Russian Aerospace Defence Forces.
